Early morning, depart for Periyar (Thekkady) - 110 kms / 3 ? hours. On your way, you will be visiting Idukki Dam. Arrival by noon. Check into your hotel. Evening sightseeing and overnight at Hotel. Periyar wild life sanctuary is one of the largest wildlife reserves in India, which is more popular as a tiger reserve. A boat ride on the splendid Periyar lake is the best way to experience the sanctuary. It is also famous for tea and cardamom plantations.
