The Great Himalayan National Park

Bijli Mahadev Temple
The surreal surroundings of this Shiva Temple are as captivating as the legends associated with it. It is believed that the Shiva Lingam inside the temple was shattered by lightning and was then joined back together by the priest with butter.
Manikaran
A sacred site for both Hindus & Sikhs, Manikaran is believed to be the place where Manu or Noah recreated human life after the great floods. Located in the Parvati Valley, around 40kms from Kullu, Manikaran is known for its pretty temples, Gurudwaras and hot springs.
Raghunath Ji Temple

Hadimba Devi Temple
This 4-storied, 16th century hill temple is devoted to demon Hadimba, the wife of Bhima of the Mahabharata fame. Built in wood, the temple with its exquisite carvings and artistic stonework is a splendid amalgamation of Hindu & Buddhist architecture.
Vashisth
Named after an ancient sage, this tiny village on the bank of River Beas is much visited for its hot sulfur water springs. The springs, considered both sacred and healing, have been fitted with Turkish baths.
Tibetan Monasteries
Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa and the Himalayan Nyingamapa Gompa are the two famous monasteries in the area. They are not only religious places but also serve as the guardians of rich history & culture of Tibetans in the region.
Manu Temple
Manali gets its name from the great sage Manu who is believed to have settled in Manali after saving the mankind during the Great Floods. This temple is the only Manu Temple in the entire country.
Solang Valley
