Established by Rao Jodha as the new capital of Marwar, the Blue City of Jodhpur is the most incredible contrast to the sandstone buildings & dusty desert of Rajasthan! Its mighty Mehrangarh Fort towering above the blue mosaic of the walled city is a spectacle you do not wish to miss. The modern city of Jodhpur with its malls, cafes and amusement parks stretches beyond the walled structure, but it’s the narrow streets of the old city, its rich history & vibrant chaos that captivate the travelers. Complete with forts & palaces, camels & elephants, and old havelis & colorful bazaars; Jodhpur showcases the essence of Rajasthan!
